  The receptionist were nice morning shift and night staff specially osman was at some point directed me how to take bus to taksim . Anything I need I always ask them . He carried my bags till to the taxi . The staff you can’t compete them really very helpful and good manners . My room was good and I only stayed three days . Very nice location everything you can access easily . If I am coming back to Istanbul I would definitely come back .

  Metro station is really close. You may walk to it less than in 5 min. There are couple nice places to eat around hotel. Reception checked in us a bit earlier because our apartment was ready.
