The Eminönü ferry terminal is right there too, which honestly saves you so much hassle when you want to hop across to the Asian side or cruise up the Bosphorus. Plus, they’ve got free private parking on-site, which is basically like finding unicorns in this part of the city.

The Room Experience

My room had this perfect balance — modern enough that everything worked properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), but with enough character that it didn’t feel like a generic chain hotel. The windows actually open, and if you’re lucky enough to snag one of the upper floors, you’ll catch glimpses of the Golden Horn. The beds are properly comfortable, and the bathroom has decent water pressure — small things that matter when you’ve been walking around Istanbul’s hills all day.

What Sets It Apart

The staff here genuinely knows the neighborhood, and I don’t mean they just hand you a tourist map and wish you luck. They’ll tell you which ferry to take for the best sunset views, or where to grab the best börek without the tourist markup. The hotel’s restaurant serves solid Turkish breakfast — nothing fancy, but fresh bread, good cheese, and strong tea that actually wakes you up. What really impressed me was how they handle the little things, like helping arrange taxi pickups or giving you realistic walking times to attractions.

  I have received a service like a king (or rather sultan!). The staff went way above the usual service to make my stay great. And they succeeded in 100%.
  The room is big and comfortable. Everything is brand new and clean. Very fast internet connection and easy to log in.
  
  Hotal is located about 8 – 10 minutes walk to Egiptian Bazaar, 20 – 25 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar and 1 minute to the train station.
  
  Upon arrival I was welcomed with a complementary drink and some Turkish delight sweets.
  
  I was given better room than booked (with a vew to the sea).
  I was offered late check-out (2 hours extra) free of charge.
  After collecting the luggage store room (a few hours after the checkout) I was offered free tea from the hotel.
  
  My taxi could not arrive to the hotel (Friday traffic), so a person from the hotel took my luggage, carried that himself and walked with me a couple of minutes to find a taxi. What a great service!

  The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Sircesi station. The staff went out of their way to help us, recommended us some of the best eating places and areas to explore, helped us get reservations at restaurants, get taxi, literally they went out of their way to help us in multiple ways.   The hotel is brand new – right near the Marmaray station on Sirkeci. It is very elegant (the lobby, the hallways, the restaurant, the rooms, the elevator is OMG 😍), the bed is very comfortable but most importantly the staff is exceptional (very friendly (thank you for all of the turkish tea and lokums) – especially the guy from Syria but also all other of his colleagues and staff were very very friendly and helpful). The service is like the service of a 5-star hotel. Although they don’t serve breakfast, they really give it their all for the most perfect stay.
