  breakfast service was no good not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star facility.
  10am turning lights off and kicking people out taking plates even though we had not finished our breakfast.

  The hotel is not entitled to 5 stars. Neither by the condition (poor), nor by the size of the rooms and their equipment. 3 stars maximum.
  The sound insulation is terrible – you can hear everything. Breakfast is terrible.
  
  Yes, dessert – there is no stall in the bathroom! The shower pours directly into the room on the floor. After taking a shower, everything in the room is in water, even the toilet. How to put everything in order – the owner did not think. This is an absurd hotel.
  Gold is in ruins.
