  We were not provided the stay – Hotel at last minute made an excuse that there is issue with the room and it is unavailable. Seems they had booked it to someone else. they asked me to choose a room instead of suite originally which I refused as we were staying with family. Later I have provided with suite at another hotel across the road and the initial experience with going to new hotel with NO reviews wasn't great (with family and kids), as we were not sure what to expect.
  We stayed at Havana Hotel and Suite – where staff was amazing and helpful !
