  Those working at the reception at G Hotel Emin, Samet were very helpful and pleasant. We are very pleased! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment on the 23rd floor, the people who work with cleaning Hatice, Sukru, Yilmaz, they are so good, they are respectful, we were with children so the room was always checked, but we have had help even when we want. They are so good at working and cleaning so nicely, no one failed! We will be back next holiday !perfect for family !resnt and quiet !strongly recommend.

  We stay at G Tower 3 times a year and we never had any complaints or questions. Great staff and great location. Having an underground parking lot is a huge plus in Istanbul if you rent a car.

  First off, I’d like to begin by stating how amazing all the staff members we encountered at G tower are. They’ve provided us with such exceptional customer service. From the front desk officials, to the staff members at the breakfast lounge, the gentle man whom helped up with our luggage’s upstairs to the cleaning team were all incredible. To top things up, they assisted us with the extension of our stay without any hassles and at no additional expense. We are beyond pleased.
  
  For the hotel itself,it’s very serene, clean and within proximity to all the basis amenities one could require. There’s a Starbucks coffee in the premises, a convenient shop, restaurants a pharmacy and even a hair salon. And not to mention how breathtakingly gorgeous it is if you’re a picture person :).
  
  Oh and how can i forget the lovely kittens, we throughly enjoyed our time here and my husband and I will be extending for three duration of our time here.

  The location of the hotel is the ideal distance from the centre with it not being too far out of reach. The apartment was spacious and bright with enough good facilities for the duration of our stay. The views really allow you to enjoy the vastness of the surroundings. There is a taxi service right by the hotel which gives out fair rates and makes travelling easier. Overall it is a good establishment and I would return for my next visit.
