  I booked for 3 FLOOR OLD CITY 3 but when we got there we were 'upgraded' to Blue Eyes Suite and told several times this was bigger so we had the better deal. The one I booked looked clean and is rated 8, Blue eyes suite is a 7.2 and FILTHY. When we arrived I had got off an overnight bus from Goreme and had to wait all day until booking in time. I did ask if we could drop off our luggage but was told there was no where to leave it. This is a lie, plenty of space plus there was luggage to collect from others when we arrived. It's a basement apartment which I would NEVER have booked as it was dark and dingy, I had to have the lights on all the time and with a lot of rubbish outside the bedroom window. The toilet leaked, the rubbish hadn't been removed, the floor was filthy and there was hair in the shower drain (and not the shower in the picture.) The next day a guy knocked on my door and asked if all was ok and I was VERY clear it wasn't. He said he would speak to the guy (ENES) but I didn't hear anything back. This put a real downer on my trip and as it was my last stop in Turkey I had paid extra for what I thought was really nice accomodation. I am about to complain to BOOKING.COM unless I get a full refund.

  Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Topkapi Palast oder die Hagia Sofia sind schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Belebtes Viertel mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants um die Ecke, trotzdem ruhig.
