  The hotel was excellent, well decorated for Christmas & very nice mood with a piano bar & super friendly staff, especially Mr. Sinan Kuruhueyino the Front Office Manager, who greeted me in person and offered me an upgrade to a great suite & even accompanied me with the bell boy to the suite to make sure that I am well acquainted with the acquainted suite facilities. This all exceeded my expectations with Divan, which is a hotel that I have very nice memories over my past stays at the Hotel.
