The coffee is decent (though if you’re a serious coffee person, you’ll want to hit up one of the local cafes nearby). The restaurant area gets pretty busy around 9 AM, so I’d recommend going either early or after 10 if you prefer a quieter meal. The quality of ingredients used in breakfast preparation reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

  Easy access to Taksim square and other shopping areas. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make you happy and enjoy your stay. Front desk staff Omer and Denya are outstanding.
  They both deserve a promotion and pay rise in my opinion as their customer service is faultless. They were patient with not only my family but also other guests. You could see, they loved their job. Housekeeping lady from Uganda (didn’t get her name) also very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra towels and they were provided with a smile. Both Omer and Denya very helpful in ordering taxis for you at a bargain price. They will even come out of hotel to ensure they speak to taxi driver so that they don’t rip you off or take you for a ride.
