  Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. From the minute I walked in, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Zaynab at reception guided me to the Apartments where Metehan, Suzon, Gokha, Salim and Cenk were more than friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the CVK Park Bosphorus when visiting Istanbul.

Location, breakfast, the immaculately clean spa, hammam, sauna and swimming pool, the view of the Bosporus from our suite, the attentive staff- this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Ozkan at the reception and his manager Zeynep were very nice and professional in extending our checkout time due to our flight time change. Will definitely be back!

  Amazing 5 star hotel. The staff are really nice and they always keep smile and greet when you walk by. We were 4 people and book 2 bedroom suite in the residence, and it was really big space with 3 bathrooms. We were really fortunate to be greeted by an extraordinry front desk lady named SUSAN, and from the moment we walked through until the day we checked out, she showed warmth and professionalism. Location of the hotel is 3 min. Walk to Istiqlal street. One last thing, gym and spa are top notch.
