  After a long and exhausting flight, we were warmly welcomed by Hamza, who allowed us to check in much earlier than the scheduled time—which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is highly convenient, situated right next to the tram, making it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the room service was consistently thorough and clean.
  
  Fatima was particularly helpful, answering all our questions with care and even taking the time to show us the gym and spa facilities. Julia also stood out for her exceptional service, frequently checking in on us and providing advice for sightseeing. All other staff members, such as housekeeping, have been a pleasure to interact with. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and we always felt well looked after.
