  Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul was an unforgettable experience, marked by exceptional hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and top-tier facilities. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel instantly at home.
  
  One of the highlights was the refreshing sharbat and fragrant apple tea served during our visit. The sharbat’s balanced sweetness and unique flavors were a perfect introduction to the luxurious experience ahead, while the apple tea embodied the warmth of Turkish hospitality.
  
  The staff’s attention to detail truly stood out. Noticing that my wife and I had come from a birthday celebration, they surprised us with a beautifully presented birthday cake. This thoughtful and unexpected gesture added a deeply personal touch to our stay and made the occasion even more special.
  
  We also had the pleasure of using the spa and indoor pool facilities. The spa was a tranquil haven, offering a serene atmosphere and professional service, while the indoor pool provided a relaxing escape in an elegant setting. Both facilities exemplified the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

  Has to be one of the best hotels in the world. No shortage of staff who are very attentive. Best location in Istanbul. Many restaurants to choose from. As with this standard of hotel, the prices are not for the faint hearted! Has to be the best breakfast choice of any hotel. Previous high ratings for me include The Mount Nelson in Cape Town and The Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, however I think Ciragan tops them now.
  Communication was excellent. I asked for a room with the Bosphorus Bridge view as we were there for New Year and the fireworks, not let down as the best view ever. Also they accommodated my request for early check in.
