  Excellent location, wonderful front desk staff (in particular Halil) always ready to greet you and willing to help. The breakfast was plentiful and staff there also efficient and friendly. The hotel room was spotless, comfortable and near new. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Location is great. I found the reception staff very cordial with a genuine intention to help. They immediately replaced a broken coffee table as soon as I reported it. They did daily cleaning of the room. Healthy breakfast buffet.

  The staff were very helpful specially Mr. Ibrahim or Khalil who did the check-in we arrived at 10am where he gave us the room and he surprised us as he offered us a breakfast for this day. thank you very much Mr. Ibrahim.

  Really clean (this is a must for me) .The breakfast was really excellent – A very decent spread and catered for all kinds of preferences – The whole honeycomb was a nice touch. The location was very central; near shops and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants but also near boutiquey stores. It was near the tram and the souk but enough of a distance where it didn't feel too touristy. The tram stop çemberlitaş was at the bottom of the road, as well as, the cemetery of kings, sultans and family et al. The Blue Mosque and Agia Sophia and Tokapi Palace was close by. A lot was within easy walking distance. We had a really brilliant time in Istanbul with a lot of input by the staff at the front desk – They arranged a brilliant Bosphorus tour for us (last minute too!), gave us a lot of information on maps and the local area. They even arranged a cab for us on the day we were leaving. They were absolutely brilliant! I would give them 10 out of 10! I can't fault them at all. They really do deserve their 'Exceptional' rating.
