  Location is nice. Hotel is still close to the heart of old city. Manager Roberto and receptionist Mohammed was helpful and informative. They can arrange tours, airport transfers and can even change the rooms, if you dont like it.

  Room/facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. We primarily dealt with one gentleman, but also saw two other gentlemen working the front desk/management while there. All three were polite and very friendly, as were the cleaning staff we sometimes saw. The one who checked us in and whom we saw the most on other days took the time to mark a map of Istanbul and made quality recommendations for things like shopping/haggling.

  the room is quaint, well equipped, and the breakfast nook has a really great view. the terrace was also a highlight, though it lacks the "panache" of the hotels nearby.

  5-7minutes walk to the blue mosque. Great location, great staff! The owner (i believe) and Ali were the best, i booked for dinner cruise and it was one of the best i had so far in Istanbul.

  I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, especially Robert the property owner, was incredibly friendly and professional. He was very helpful and supportive during our stay. They even allowed us to check out late without any extra fees and let us leave our belongings at the hotel for the day. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, fridge, and electric cooker, as well as very good Wi-Fi. The location is very convenient, just an 8-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmed tram station. However, the road to the hotel is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for older individuals.

  The place is close to all the tourist sites, you can go walking or by public transport. The staff is super friendly and attentive to everything, they welcome you with a positive vibe.
