  I heartily recommend this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, has all the necessities. I would like to note that there was no smell of cigarettes in the room, and this is very rare in Istanbul. The owner is a very nice, kind, pleasant person. He helped us a lot, even called a taxi to the airport. Understands a little Russian. Near the hotel there is a very beautiful mosque "Little Aya Sofia". And "Sultanahmet" and "Aya Sofia" are very close. The location is basically good, in the very bottom of the Fatih district. The owner has more hotels in another place. I'll be back!

  This is a place of Art. The hotel cafe’s holds beautiful paintings and is a meeting place for artists. We had the good fortune of attending a Sufi night and it was spectacular.
  To one side of us, a painter was pouring into canvas, strokes of beauty, and to the other side, the musicians enthralled us with their music.
  
  The courtyard of the hotel is inviting, with all the little cats that dart across it and the küçük AyaSofya right next.
  Food is delicious and I am compelled to say, the most affordable that we came across in Sultanahmet.
  
  Adam, and all the staff are beautiful, warm people. They welcomed us and assisted to the best of their ability – providing directions, booking our transfers, arranging our visits to the attractions and every possible recommendation to each query that we had. The kindness of the people here will remain the highlight of our last days in Istanbul.

  The location is excellent. The view from the room of little Hagia Sophia represents what Istanbul is all about. The owner and his son was very helpful, they helped us with luggage storage, tourist sim card without any extra charge. Moreover, the Art Cafe add convenience to the stay with its cozy- artsy vibe and good food. Overall, highly recommend this place.

  Location is perfect. I had breakfast looking at histrical Mini Sophia. Best tourist points are all in walking distance. Staffs are always helpful and gave me a useful information. Especially local food
  they offer is so delicious!

  Завтраком не пользовались. Подается завтрак в кафешке, расположенном в том же здании.
  расположение отличное, на мой взгляд. Несмотря на близость линии метро и шоссе, идущих вдоль моря и отделенных от отеля небольшой стеной, спится отлично. Единственный момент, в 6 утра в Маленькой Софии, расположенной в 50 метрах напротив отеля, звучит призыв к утренней молитве. Нам не мешало (возможно, только в первое утро). Кому-то может быть важно. С другой стороны, и будильник не нужен, особенно, если вы нацелены на посещение как можно большего количества достопримечательностей.
  В целом можно сказать, что соотношение цена/комфорт/расположение отличное! Мелкие неудобства компенсируются ценой и дружелюбием владельца и сотрудников.
  Не ждите комфорта, сопостовимого с Мариотом или Swiss отелем, и Вы будете вознаграждены остальными преимуществами.

  Това е малка семейна къща на два етажа със страхотно арт кафе и ресторант. Предлагат изключително вкусна храна и красиви картини, нарисувани от собственика. Домакините са много любезни и съдействащи. Настанихме се на последния етаж. Размерът на стаята е идеален. Спалнята е много голяма и матракът е много удобен. Има чудесен кът за сядане и любуване на невероятните гледки. Намира се на идеално място за настаняване на 5 минути от Синята Джамия и Света София. Всички забележителности са на пешеходно разстояние. Чудесен зелен парк. Джамията до тях и гледката към Босфора, правят преживяването невероятно. Има осигурено паркиране за автомобил или мотор на улицата без изход пред тях. Много благодарим за гостоприемството. Със сигурност ще Ви посетим отново.

  Отель очень уютный, все удобства, отличное расположение в центре города, в районе Султанахмет, рядом с основными достопримечательностями, и одновременно тихое, спокойное место. Вид из окна на малую Айя-Софию. Хозяева прекрасные, доброжелательные люди. На первом этаже небольшое кафе, где вкусно готовят и приемлемые цены. Рекомендую этот отель.
