  – A szállás tetőteraszáról fantasztikus a kilátás a Boszporuszra, remek dolog itt reggelizni.
  – Kabatas felé kiváló a közlekedés, a T1 villamossal szinte minden fontos látnivaló elérhető, a kompkikötőből indulnak hajók az ázsiai oldal, az Aranyszarv-öböl és a Herceg-szigetek felé, és innen közelíthető meg a tünnellel a Taksim.
  – Kiváló elektronikus kommunikáció a tulajdonossal, Ronnyval (angolul) és személyes kapcsolat a házban lakó megbízottjával, Eyüppel (törökül).
  – Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha, étellel-itallal feltöltött hűtőszekrény.
