  The flat was very clean, comfortable and the wifi was strong and dependable. The young man who managed the place is friendly, welcoming and always doing his best to be helpful to guests. He does a fantastic job!

  We've just had our perfect stay in Istambul, we loved everything about the place: location, staff, the room, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, cozy design, free water and tea. And we had the sea view which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean and I have really nothing to complain about. Would definitely choose this place for another stay in the city.

  The hosts were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, good recommendations. The apt was perfect, great kitchen and bathroom facilities, a reasonable walk to everything we wanted to see. If we ever go back I will totally stay here.

  The hotel's location is excellent, it is 5minutes walk from a tram station, the Bosphorus, and a whole plaza of restaurants. If you don't mind the uphill, it is 10 minutes walk from Taksim in the heart of the main tourist attractions.
  Basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash) and dish washing liquid are provided. It is clean and tidy.
  Multiple cafes and bakeries in the neighbourhood provide all needs for a comfortable stay.

  People were quite friendly and helpful. The place is located not far from all the most interesting and historical spots. Plus, a bus and train station just 5 min on foot. It can be rather helpful once you’re travelling to the beach.
  You can even see a fragment of the sea from your window which is a nice bonus. It’s also 5 min walk from the coastline, so you can have long walks, bike rides, or runs if you’d like.

  General location is good (though the hotel itself is in the grungiest end of a grungy street). Property is good for a solo traveller and staff try to be helpful and are not intrusive.

  В первую очередь люди, отличное отношение к гостям, семейный отель и отношение, как в семье. Постоянно спрашивают все ли хорошо и не нужно ли что-то для комфортного проживания. Киванч и Мехмет большое Вам спасибо. Номер Делюкс полностью соответствует описанию, все чисто, опрятно – отличное сочетание цены и качества. Главное без шума для отдыхающих. Можно что-то приготовить на быструю руку, постирать, все удобства квартиры в комплекте. Близкое расположение от основных Стамбульских достопримечательностей в комплекте, а также рядом метро и станция наземного метро, магазины, кафешки все также в 3-5 минутах.

  Если честно, несмотря на расположение, и то, что до остановки надо было пешочком ходить немного,(что меня утомляло иногда😃), отель прияяяятноо даже удивил. Ну очень понравилось мне там. Я в Стамбуле не в первый раз, в прошлый раз останавливались в районе Бейоглу, но здесь мне понравилось больше👍🏻 мужчина на ресэпшене вообще самый лучший был, помогали во всем!!! Одним словом, в следующий раз прямо к вам!!!!
