  The location is amazing in the heart of beautiful Balat! The apartment caters everything you need. Sahin responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. The diy breakfast set makes up for an awesome Turkish breakfast!

  Located in Balat district with a charming neighborhood this small apartment had all amenities needed. Stayed for one night. Owner was very kind – we found water and some cake & coffee. 2 bedrooms – can sleep 4. Compact apartment but had all necessities. Equipped kitchen too.

  The host was very helpful and amazing. Very quick to respond always. The breakfast was great, fridge full of food. Location is so convenient and place was very clean. Great for a family stay. The house and kitchen was well equipped . There was even washing powder for the washing machine.

  Spacious studio apartment, good beds, 2 balconies, on top floor. The fridge was full of food and drinks, a very generous gesture. Surrounded by cafes, eateries, fruit and vegetables stand, bakeries. A 5 minute walk to the tram and bus. Balat and Fener are eclectic neighbourhoods. Recommended.

  Very nice and cozy flat in the beautiful and lively Fener Balat area.
  Very close to all shops and amenities as well as transport (Bus, tram and even ferry stops are 5 min away).

  The apartment located in the center of Bakat Renkli Evler, the colored houses. In 5 minutes walk from T5 tram station. It is large clean and very comfortable. Here you can find everything you need – iron, umbrellas, washing machine and the fridge full of food. It is really enough not only for breakfast. The host is polite and friendly and always ready to help. Beautiful place to stay in Istanbul.
