  The room was good with all the facilities. Each electrical equipment is operated with remote. Even the room lights are operated by a remote. The room has enough vanity area. Bathrooms are clean. Linen and towels are changed everyday. There are two paid parking slots at a distance of 20 feet from the hotel. It is centrally located at Taksim Square. The most popular market of Istanbul Istiklal Street is only 2.5 minutes walking distance.
  
  Reception staff is excellent. I cant complete my review without mentioning the name of Mr Amir, who works at the reception and is an unforgettable man due to his helping and courteous nature. The owner of the hotel is available during the day to listen to any demands of the guests. Tea and coffee is served free to the guests as a courtesy.

  The location was fantastic. You walk hardly 2-3 minutes and you are on Taksim Square. Good place for families. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Always ready for help and advise. A special thanks to Ashkan and Yaseen. Very nice staff at reception. 🙂

  The room was nice and clean, with the required toiletries, towels & room slippers (which you often don't find in this range of hotels these days). What was really good was the friendly staff who were ready to help you at late night – when my room's WiFi went down. the night manager called a colleague, who came in happily to help.
