  Very friendly welcome and helpful info provided at check-in and during our short stay, will definitely stay again when visiting Istanbul. Very close to old town attractions and short walk to metro and other transport links.

  Staff is the best….they are so kind and helpful, from the concierge to the cleaning lady…all smiling and kind. The staff at the breakfast restaurant need a special mention for their service, especially Hasan who take care of us so well!!!

  OMG, the staff are amazing, from reception, to cleaning people and Mr. Hasan & his colleagues at the rooftop restaurant for breakfast.
  Location is great and teh restaurant (mainly for the breakfast is 👌👌👌).

  A special thanks to Mr. Hamdullah at the reception for his warm hospitality and professionalism. He, along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day.
