  The apartment has incredible views; the staff -particularly Dalma – are amazing, they are all welcoming,caring, helpful and hospitable; the location is very close to Taksim square.

  Loved everything about the penthouse – an unexpected bonus was that it had amazing views of the Bosphorous:)!
  The front desk staff were all very helpful and hospitable, but the standout for us was Damla – she went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome!! We were there during the US Presidential elections and the day before we realised that we couldn’t get CNN – we mentioned this to Damla – and she got a technician in to fix the problem!! We were able to watch the election results unfold….
  The building is well located walking distance to Taksim Square and other amenities, the tram service to Old Town is frequent and not too far. All on all a great stay!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We initially booked a city-view apartment, but the manager kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Bosphorus-view apartment, where we stayed for about 11 days. The apartment was stunning, with lovely decor, and everything was just perfect. The reception and services were available 24/7, ensuring we had all we needed.
  
  On our last day, I had a personal issue with a taxi driver, and the manager stepped in promptly to resolve it with great professionalism. The reception staff were also fantastic and very accommodating. They even received some shopping deliveries on our behalf and kept them safe for us.
  
  My sisters and mother loved the place; it was safe and conveniently located near all the areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
