  This is a very charming hotel with modern comfort in the old city.
  But the most pleaserable experience I had was with the amiable hotel receptionist Ali K. Always ready to inform and help his guests. A true professional who, even after my returning home, did everything in his ability (everything!) to recover my precious passport from the taxi in wich I dropped it, in order to send it to Belgium, which included contacts with the consulate. Thank you, Ali, you really are a top of the bill receptionist.

  Hotel was ideally located close to Hagia Sophia and the Dolmabahçe Palace. We arrived very early for our booking and were made instantly welcome. Attitude and friendliness were exemplary.
