  Excellent location, all employees and workers treated each other with kindness and love, the presence of Mr. Ismail, the hotel owner, every day, his high-class treatment of everyone, and the quality of the breakfast.

  The location is in the heart of Istanbul in Taksim square. Everything was within reach from the hotel.

  The staff is very helpfull and friendly, a special thanks to Ms Hasna and Yusuf at the reception for making our stay extra special.
  I would like to also point out rough and ignorant behaviour of Ali, who is part of the breakfast team. He needs to be trained land cautioned by the management .
  I shall compliment the management for efficient services and administration of the hotel.
