  The hotel’s location in the heart of Sultanahmet is unbeatable—just a short walk to iconic landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The bell team and staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and adorned with plush furnishings, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring Istanbul.

  We went on a vacation for 3 weeks across a few countries and stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels but AJWA was by far the best. Everything from checking in to checking out was simply awesome. The staff (everyone) were so polite and welcoming. They were alway there to help. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The house keeping team took extra care and even scrubbed the showers every day. Food was exceptionally good. We had breakfast and dinner there and the quality and taste was excellent.
  Special mention goes to Halima and Niyazi for their hospitality.

  I had a wonderful stay during the time I traveled in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than my check-in time, but they arranged for me to upgrade a nicer room. The entire hotel smelled with Roja parfum that I adored so much! Although a Taxi driver overcharged me , a hotel manager refunded me for the overcharging expenses. The furniture is so beautiful and exotic, and the hotel provides drinks and condiments daily. Good location near most tourist attractions. The only thing I want to know is the name and type of perfume they use in the hotel lobby. I will choose this hotel again for the next trip with my family.
