Murat and Esma were incredibly friendly and caring, always checking if everything was okay with us. Daily housekeeping, impeccable cleanliness, and the thoughtful evening turndown service added an extra level of comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, with stunning views of the entire city. This is now my favourite place in Istanbul, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
