  Very elegant and cozy hotel, spacious room, useful and helpful staff who have addressed our questions promptly. The compliment for my birthday was a very nice touch. The location is just perfect in our favorite city area with a lot of great restaurants and bars. We would stay again at the hotel at our next visit to Istanbul.

  Excellent location and rooms, staffed by friendly and helpful people who made sure we had a wonderful stay in Istanbul. Breakfast was nice, served a la carte, with friendly opening times (even until 11, which was appreciated after a late travel evening). The hotel location is super convenient for all transportation – cabs, funicular, metro, bus, and walking to all restaurants and sites (if you're okay with hills).

  We absolutely loved this place! Everything was perfect — beautiful interior, pleasant scent, lovely holiday decorations. Murat and Esma were incredibly friendly and caring, always checking if everything was okay with us. Daily housekeeping, impeccable cleanliness, and the thoughtful evening turndown service added an extra level of comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, with stunning views of the entire city. This is now my favourite place in Istanbul, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
